To update the scope, run:
gcloud observability scopes update - POSITIONAL ARGUMENTS

Scope resource - Identifier. Name of the resource. The format is:
projects/{project}/locations/{location}/scopes/{scope}
The
{location}field must be set toglobal. The{scope}field must be set toSCOPEDefault. The arguments in this group can be used to specify the attributes of this resource. (NOTE) Some attributes are not given arguments in this group but can be set in other ways.To set the
projectattribute:-
provide the argument
scopeon the command line with a fully specified name; -
provide the argument
--projecton the command line; -
set the property
core/project.
This must be specified.
