name	string Required. The resource name of the data table row i,e rowId. Format: projects/{project}/locations/{location}/instances/{instance}/dataTables/{dataTable}/dataTableRows/{dataTableRow}

The request body must be empty.

If successful, the response body is an empty JSON object.
