Full name: projects.locations.instances.integrations.managers.create

Creates a new custom IntegrationManager. Use this method to add a new shared code utility. Each manager must have a unique display name and a script containing valid Python logic for reuse.

If successful, the response body contains a newly created instance of IntegrationManager.

Requires one of the following OAuth scopes:
