Method: legacySoarUsers.updateNotificationSettings

Full name: projects.locations.instances.legacySoarUsers.updateNotificationSettings

Updates the notification settings for a specific user. Use this method to modify how a user is notified about system events or case updates. Supports enabling/disabling overall notification categories or refining preferences for individual event types like case assignments or comments.

Optional. The list of fields to update. If not included, all fields with a non-empty value will be overwritten.

This is a comma-separated list of fully qualified names of fields. Example: "user.displayName,photo".
