The current status of the service.

Enums
`STATE_UNSPECIFIED`	Default service status.
`RUNNING`	The service is running.
`STOPPED`	The service is stopped. This is a Windows-specific service status.
`PAUSED`	The service is paused. This is a Windows-specific service status.
`COMPLETED`	The service is completed.
`START_PENDING`	The service is starting.
`STOP_PENDING`	The service is stopping.
`PAUSE_PENDING`	The service is pausing.
`CONTINUE_PENDING`	The service is continuing.
