Configura las credenciales predeterminadas de la aplicación

Para usar Gemini en Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, debes autenticarte con una Google Cloud clave de API o con credenciales predeterminadas de la aplicación. Recomendamos usar una clave de API para las pruebas y credenciales predeterminadas de la aplicación para la producción. En esta página, se muestra cómo configurar las credenciales predeterminadas de la aplicación.

Antes de comenzar

Selecciona un proyecto, habilita la facturación y la API de Agent Platform, e instala gcloud CLI

Accede a tu Cuenta de Google.

Si todavía no tienes una cuenta, regístrate para obtener una nueva.

In the Google Cloud console, on the project selector page, select or create a Google Cloud project.

Roles required to select or create a project

• Select a project: Selecting a project doesn't require a specific IAM role—you can select any project that you've been granted a role on.
• Create a project: To create a project, you need the Project Creator role (roles/resourcemanager.projectCreator), which contains the resourcemanager.projects.create permission. Learn how to grant roles.

Note: If you don't plan to keep the resources that you create in this procedure, create a project instead of selecting an existing project. After you finish these steps, you can delete the project, removing all resources associated with the project.

Go to project selector

Verify that billing is enabled for your Google Cloud project.

Enable the Agent Platform API, if it is not already enabled.

Roles required to enable APIs

To enable APIs, you need the serviceusage.services.enable permission. If you created the project, then you likely already have this permission through the Owner role (roles/owner). Otherwise, you can get this permission through the Service Usage Admin role (roles/serviceusage.serviceUsageAdmin). Learn how to grant roles.

Enable the API

Install the Google Cloud CLI.

If you're using an external identity provider (IdP), you must first sign in to the gcloud CLI with your federated identity.

To initialize the gcloud CLI, run the following command:

gcloud init

In the Google Cloud console, on the project selector page, select or create a Google Cloud project.

Roles required to select or create a project

• Select a project: Selecting a project doesn't require a specific IAM role—you can select any project that you've been granted a role on.

Si usas una shell local, crea credenciales de autenticación locales para tu cuenta de usuario:

gcloud auth application-default login

No es necesario que lo hagas si usas Cloud Shell.

Si se muestra un error de autenticación y usas un proveedor de identidad (IdP) externo, confirma que accediste a la gcloud CLI con tu identidad federada.

Nota: Puedes configurar las credenciales predeterminadas de la aplicación en diferentes entornos, como un recurso con una cuenta de servicio adjunta, entornos en contenedores, proveedores locales o de otros proveedores de servicios en la nube, o un entorno de desarrollo basado en Google Cloud.
