To test if the caller has the 'compute.instantSnapshotGroups.get' permission on
the instant snapshot group 'instant-snapshot-group-1' in zone 'us-east1-a', run:

INSTANT_SNAPSHOT_GROUP_NAME- Name of the instant snapshot group to test IAM permissions.
- REQUIRED FLAGS

--permissions=[PERMISSION,…]- Set of permissions to check for the resource.

At most one of these can be specified:
--region=REGION-
Region of the instant snapshot group to test IAM permissions. If not specified,
you might be prompted to select a region (interactive mode only).
To avoid prompting when this flag is omitted, you can set the
property:compute/regiongcloud config set compute/region REGIONA list of regions can be fetched by running:
gcloud compute regions listTo unset the property, run:
gcloud config unset compute/regionAlternatively, the region can be stored in the environment variable
