The relevance threshold of the search results. The higher relevance
threshold is, the higher relevant results are shown and the less number of
results are returned.

RELEVANCE_THRESHOLD_UNSPECIFIED
value: 0
Default value. In this case, server behavior defaults to Google defined
threshold.
LOWEST
value: 1
Lowest relevance threshold.
LOW
value: 2
Low relevance threshold.
MEDIUM
value: 3
Medium relevance threshold.
HIGH
value: 4
High relevance threshold.
