ProtectConfig defines the flags needed to enable/disable features for the Protect API.

Name	Description
`workload_config`	`google.cloud.container_v1beta1.types.WorkloadConfig` WorkloadConfig defines which actions are enabled for a cluster's workload configurations. This field is a member of `oneof`_ `_workload_config`.
`workload_vulnerability_mode`	`google.cloud.container_v1beta1.types.ProtectConfig.WorkloadVulnerabilityMode` Sets which mode to use for Protect workload vulnerability scanning feature. This field is a member of `oneof`_ `_workload_vulnerability_mode`.
