- For projects.regions.autoscalingPolicies.get, the
resource name of the policy has the following format:

- For projects.locations.autoscalingPolicies.get, the
resource name of the policy has the following format:
projects/{project_id}/locations/{location}/autoscalingPolicies/{policy_id}
