Constants
STATE_UNSPECIFIED
value: 0 The default value. This value should never be used.
ACTIVE
value: 1 Node is operational and can be used by the user.
CREATING
value: 2 Node is being provisioned.
FAILED
value: 3 Node is in a failed state.
UPGRADING
value: 4 Node is undergoing maintenance, e.g.: during private cloud upgrade.
