value: 0 Mergeability state is unspecified.
MERGEABLE
value: 1 The pull request can be merged cleanly without Git conflicts.
CONFLICTING
value: 2 The pull request has merge conflicts and cannot be merged cleanly.
COMPUTING
value: 3 The mergeability state is currently being computed asynchronously
by the upstream SCM provider.
