Streaming phase of the contract progress payload.
Constants
CONTRACT_STREAMING_PHASE_UNSPECIFIED
value: 0 The payload is authoritative (computed from a complete contract
document, a persisted snapshot, or the pre-draft state). Clients must
replace any previously received progress with it.
DRAFTING
value: 1 An initial contract draft is streaming. contract_progress is an
in-flight estimate: non-decreasing within one artifact fence, capped
below the authoritative range, with pillar_breakdowns carrying
total_item_count == 0 to mark estimated pillar states.
REVISING
value: 2 A revision of an existing contract is streaming (for example after an
annotation submission). Same estimate semantics as DRAFTING.
