Struct BufferedUploadLwmOption (3.13.0-rc)

Configure the flow control algorithm for buffered uploads.

Buffered uploads flow control the sender if the internal buffer exceeds the HWM (High Watermark) value configured in this option. The flow control is released once the internal buffer drops below the LWM (Low Watermark) value configured via BufferedUploadLwmOption, or once all the buffered data has been sent to the service. The second condition matters because the service may acknowledge data without persisting it, e.g., regular buckets only persist 256KiB multiples until the upload is finalized. The library keeps such data buffered, in case the upload needs to be resumed, but does not hold the sender back for data that has already been sent.

The library caps these values as follows (1) the LWM is always capped to the [16MiB, 5TiB] range (the upper bound is std::numeric_limits<std::size_t>::max() / 4 on 32-bit platforms), and (2) the HWM is always at least two times the LWM.
