TASK_STATE_UNSPECIFIED
value: 0
Default unspecified task state.
TASK_STATE_SUBMITTED
value: 1
Represents the status that acknowledges a task is created.
TASK_STATE_WORKING
value: 2
Represents the status that a task is currently in progress.
TASK_STATE_COMPLETED
value: 3
Represents the status that a task is completed. This is a terminal state.
TASK_STATE_FAILED

Represents the status that a task has failed. This is a terminal state.
