FREQUENCY_UNSPECIFIED
value: 0 Default value. This value is unused.
DAILY
value: 1 The audit runs every day.
WEEKLY
value: 2 The audit runs weekly on the same day of the week as start_time.
MONTHLY
value: 3 The audit runs monthly on the same day of the month as start_time.
QUARTERLY
