Overview

The Zoho Desk connector for Gemini Enterprise lets you search, read, and perform write operations on your Zoho Desk tickets, ticket comments, tasks, and events using natural language.

Supported actions

When the Zoho Desk connector is enabled, end users can use natural language commands in Gemini Enterprise to perform the following actions.

Action Description
Create Event Adds an event entry to your help desk portal.
Create Task Creates a task in your help desk portal.
Create Ticket Creates a ticket in your helpdesk.
Create Ticket Comment Adds a comment to a ticket.
Mark Ticket As Read Marks a ticket as read by the user.
Update Ticket Updates the details of an existing ticket.

Limitations

The Zoho Desk data store for Gemini Enterprise has the following limitations:

  • When creating a new app or adding a data store to an existing one, it's recommended to associate only one data store with actions belonging to a single connector type.
  • Enforcing a VPC Service Controls perimeter on existing Zoho Desk data stores is not supported. To enforce VPC Service Controls, you must delete and recreate the data stores.   • The Zoho Desk data store is supported only in the global, us, and eu locations.
