Overview

The Smartsheet connector for Gemini Enterprise lets you search and read your Smartsheet sheets, workspaces, folders, and discussions using natural language.

Supported actions

When the Smartsheet connector is enabled, the end user can use natural language commands in Gemini Enterprise to perform the following actions.

Action Description
Add favorites Marks one or more assets (sheets, reports, dashboards, folders, workspaces, or templates) as favorites for the current user.
Create sheet Creates a new sheet in a folder or workspace, either from scratch with custom column definitions or based on an existing template.
Create workspace Creates a new workspace.
Update rows Updates one or more rows in a sheet.

Limitations

The Smartsheet data store for Gemini Enterprise has the following limitations:

  • When creating a new app or adding a data store to an existing one, it's recommended to associate only one data store with actions belonging to a single connector type.
  • Enforcing a VPC Service Controls perimeter on existing Smartsheet data stores is not supported. To enforce VPC Service Controls, you must delete and recreate the data stores.   • The Smartsheet data store is supported only in the global, us, and eu locations.
