Overview

The Asana connector for Gemini Enterprise lets you search and perform actions on your Asana projects, workspaces, teams, and tasks using natural language.

Supported actions

When the Asana connector is enabled, end users can use natural language commands in Gemini Enterprise to perform the following actions.

Action Description
Create project Create a new project with optional sections and tasks in a single operation.
Create project status update Post a status update to a project or portfolio.
Create tasks Create one or more tasks immediately without visual preview or asking for confirmation.
Update tasks Update one or more tasks in a single operation.
Delete task Delete task from Asana.

Limitations

The Asana data store for Gemini Enterprise has the following limitations:

  • When creating a new app or adding a data store to an existing one, it's recommended to associate only one data store with actions belonging to a single connector type.
  • Enforcing a VPC Service Controls perimeter on existing Asana data stores is not supported. To enforce VPC Service Controls, you must delete and recreate the data stores.   • The Asana data store is supported only in the global, us, and eu locations.
