Delete your Data Studio service

To quit using Data Studio, first permanently delete, or transfer to another owner, all your reports and data sources. Then stop using Data Studio.

How to permanently delete a report or data source

1. Sign in to Data Studio.
2. At the top of the Data Studio window, select Reports or Data Sources.
3. For each asset, follow these steps:
   • Hover over the asset.
   • Click the asset's three-dot menu .
   • Click Remove.
4. After removing all the assets, on the left, click Trash.
5. For each asset in the trash, follow these steps:
   • Hover over the asset.
   • Click the asset's three-dot menu .
   • Click Delete forever.
