To create the exclusionWindow, run:
gcloud alpha fault-testing exclusion-windows create - POSITIONAL ARGUMENTS

ExclusionWindow resource - Identifier. The resource name of the exclusion
window. Format:
projects/{project}/locations/{location}/exclusionWindows/{exclusion_window}The arguments in this group can be used to specify the attributes of this resource. (NOTE) Some attributes are not given arguments in this group but can be set in other ways.To set the

provide the argument
exclusion_windowon the command line with a fully specified name; -
provide the argument
--projecton the command line; -
set the property
core/project.
This must be specified.
EXCLUSION_WINDOW-
ID of the exclusionWindow or fully qualified identifier for the exclusionWindow.
To set the

This positional argument must be specified if any of the other arguments in this group are specified.

The location id of the exclusionWindow resource.

ExclusionWindow resource - Identifier. The resource name of the exclusion
window. Format:
- REQUIRED FLAGS

--duration=DURATION- The length of time the exclusion window remains active once started. While active, new experiments are blocked in the region. Specified as a duration (for example, "86400s" for 24 hours).
- OPTIONAL FLAGS

--description=DESCRIPTION- Description of the exclusion window's purpose (for example, "Black Friday freeze"). Max length is 2000 characters.
- GCLOUD WIDE FLAGS
