To lookup a runtime project attachment for a specific service project, run:
gcloud alpha apihub runtime-project-attachments lookup --service-project=my-service-project --location=us-central1 - REQUIRED FLAGS

--location=LOCATION- The location of the runtime project attachment.
--service-project=SERVICE_PROJECT- The service project ID to lookup attachment for.
