(ALPHA)Create a runtime project attachmentNote: The positional argument for Runtime Project Attachment ID is currently not supported. Please use the --runtime-project-attachment flag to specify the Runtime Project Attachment ID.

RuntimeProjectAttachment resource - Identifier. The resource name of a runtime
project attachment. Format:
"projects/{project}/locations/{location}/runtimeProjectAttachments/{runtime_project_attachment}".
The arguments in this group can be used to specify the attributes of this
resource. (NOTE) Some attributes are not given arguments in this group but can
be set in other ways.
To set the
projectattribute:-
provide the argument
runtime_project_attachmenton the command line with a fully specified name; -
provide the argument
--projecton the command line; -
set the property
core/project.
This must be specified.
RUNTIME_PROJECT_ATTACHMENT-
ID of the runtimeProjectAttachment or fully qualified identifier for the
runtimeProjectAttachment.
To set the
runtime_project_attachmentattribute:-
provide the argument
runtime_project_attachmenton the command line.
This positional argument must be specified if any of the other arguments in this group are specified.

The location id of the runtimeProjectAttachment resource.

- REQUIRED FLAGS

--runtime-project=RUNTIME_PROJECT- Google cloud project name in the format: "projects/abc" or "projects/123". As input, project name with either project id or number are accepted. As output, this field will contain project number.
