AUTOMATIC_ROTATION_DURING_MAINTENANCE
Automatic server certificate rotation during Cloud SQL scheduled maintenance or self-service maintenance updates. Requires `server_ca_mode` to be `GOOGLE_MANAGED_CAS_CA` or `CUSTOMER_MANAGED_CAS_CA`.
