Required. The Customer Managed Encryption Key (CMEK) used
for data encryption. The CMEK name should follow the format

projects/([^/]+)/locations/([^/]+)/keyRings/([^/]+)/cryptoKeys/([^/]+),
where the location must match InstanceConfig.location.
