USER_ID- The ID of the user to delete.
- REQUIRED FLAGS

--location=LOCATION- The region of the server.
--server=SERVER- The ID of the server.
- OPTIONAL FLAGS

--async- Return immediately, without waiting for the operation to complete.
--force- Force deletion without confirmation prompt.
