About your free Cloud Identity Premium trial
When you sign up online for Cloud Identity Premium Edition, you start with a 14-day trial subscription. Up to 50 users can explore all the features of Cloud Identity during your trial.
Before you begin
Make sure you're using a super administrator account, which is required to complete the instructions in this document.
See when your trial ends
To find out how many days are left in your trial period in the Google Admin console, do the following:
In the Google Admin console, go to the Billing > Subscriptions page.
Requires having the Billing management privilege.
The days remaining in your Cloud Identity trial are listed next to your Cloud Identity subscription.
Add more than 50 users
Your Cloud Identity trial is limited to 50 users. To add more than 50 users, you must set up Cloud Identity billing. If you try to add a user after reaching this limit, you're prompted to end your trial and your paid subscription begins for all users.
Starting your paid subscription
If you already added your billing information, you don't need to do anything. Your paid subscription automatically begins when your trial ends.
To check your billing information:
In the Google Admin console, go to Billing > Payment accounts.
Requires having the Billing management privilege.
Point to your subscription to View payment settings or View payment methods.
If your trial period ends and you haven't set up billing, you receive an email that your Cloud Identity Premium account is suspended. You can still access the Admin console and all your data is retained.
You can reactivate your account by setting up your billing.
Cancel your trial

These instructions apply to your Cloud Identity trial. If your paid subscription has started, you'll need to cancel your Cloud Identity subscription.
