הפעלת התראות Pub/Sub לאירועים של תובנות שיחה

הפעלת ההתראות של Pub/Sub מאפשרת לכם לקבל התראה בכל פעם שאירוע של CX Insights מסתיים. אתם יכולים להגדיר את CX Insights כך שישלח התראה על כל האירועים או רק על אירועים ספציפיים. מידע נוסף על האירועים שיכולים להפעיל התראות ב-Pub/Sub זמין במסמכי העזר.

דרישות מוקדמות

  1. פועלים לפי ההוראות ליצירת נושא Pub/Sub ומינוי מסוג pull.

הפעלת התראות Pub/Sub

אתם יכולים להגדיר ב-CX Insights שליחת התראה רק על אירועים ספציפיים או על כל האירועים. בדוגמת הקוד הבאה מוגדרת מערכת CX Insights כך שתשלח התראה רק בכל פעם שנוצר שיחה או ניתוח.

REST

לפני שמשתמשים בנתוני הבקשה, צריך להחליף את הנתונים הבאים:

  • ‫PROJECT_ID: מזהה הפרויקט ב- Google Cloud .
  • ‫TOPIC_ID: המזהה של נושא ההתראה (לדוגמה, התראה בכל פעם שנוצרת שיחה). לכל נושא של התראה צריך להיות מזהה ייחודי.
