You can use a telephony adapter to connect Twilio with your agent application.
It acts as a bridge for both voice and messaging, supporting voice calls, SMS,
and Rich Communication Services (RCS). The adapter receives incoming requests
from Twilio, dynamically routes them to the correct AI agent based on the phone
number or sender ID, and sends the agent's response back to the end-user through
Twilio.
This adapter is an open source component that you can deploy to your
Google Cloud environment. For detailed instructions, see the
