Cloud Service Mesh 支援多種基礎架構 (GKE/Kubernetes、Compute Engine) 和環境 (地端部署、其他雲端)。本頁面說明 API 和選項，協助您在所有選項中使用 Cloud Service Mesh。

透過 Google Cloud

Google Cloud 提供兩種 API，視您打算使用的基礎架構而定。

如果工作負載僅在 GKE 上，請使用 Istio API。

  • 使用 Fleet API，在機群中的叢集上安裝 Cloud Service Mesh。

  • 選擇要使用的 CA (MeshCA 或 CAS)。機群中的叢集都會使用相同的 CA，在叢集上執行的工作負載之間建立信任關係。

  • 系統會自動啟用 Service Mesh UI。

GKE 的代管控制層

為這些叢集佈建的控制層，取決於您是要將叢集新增至現有機群，還是要佈建新機群。

新的機群會使用全域代管控制層。這個控制層可橫跨整個 Google Cloud 網路，提供更優異的可靠性和穩定性。

如果將叢集新增至現有機群，新叢集會使用與現有叢集相同的代管控制層。

非代管 Cloud Service Mesh

在Google Cloud 上的 GKE 中使用非代管叢集內控制層的做法已淘汰。在Google Cloud上的 GKE 執行新部署作業時，請勿使用叢集內控制層。如果 Google Cloud上的 GKE 叢集內已有控制層，請遷移至代管 Cloud Service Mesh。

VM、GKE 和/或無 Proxy gRPC

如果工作負載結合 VM 和 GKE，或使用無 Proxy gRPC，則應使用服務轉送 API。這些 API 可讓您定義網格，並設定該網格中服務之間的轉送。

關閉 Google Cloud

Cloud Service Mesh 支援各種環境中的 GKE 和附加叢集。在這個案例中，Cloud Service Mesh 是 Google Cloud 中 GKE Enterprise 的一部分。在這些環境中，Cloud Service Mesh 是使用 asmcli 在叢集內安裝。Istio API 會安裝在叢集中，讓使用者能為 Kubernetes 工作負載設定服務網格。

Cloud Service Mesh 支援下列環境：

  • VMware 適用的 Google Distributed Cloud (僅限軟體)
  • 裸機適用的 Google Distributed Cloud (僅限軟體)

下列產品已淘汰，目前處於維護模式。

  • GKE on AWS 將於 2027 年 3 月 17 日終止服務。
  • GKE on Azure 將於 2027 年 3 月 17 日終止服務。
  • Cloud Service Mesh 對 AWS 上 EKS Kubernetes 叢集的支援將於 2027 年 3 月 17 日終止。
  • Cloud Service Mesh 對 Azure 上 AKS Kubernetes 叢集的支援將於 2027 年 3 月 17 日終止。

1.31.x

叢集內 Cloud Service Mesh 1.31.x 僅支援下列環境。不支援其他環境。
