Identity Platform と Firebase Authentication の違い
Identity Platform は、Identity Platform による Firebase Authentication のバックエンドとして機能し、同じ機能を提供します。Firebase Authentication からのアップグレードとして、Identity Platform には次の追加機能が含まれています。
- 多要素認証（MFA）
- ブロッキング関数
- OpenID Connect（OIDC）認証と Security Assertion Markup Language（SAML）認証。
- マルチテナンシーのサポート。
- Identity-Aware Proxy の統合。
- BAA の適用
- 99.95% の稼働時間 SLA。
Firebase Authentication から Identity Platform（または Identity Platform を使用する Firebase Authentication）にアップグレードする際にアプリを変更する必要はありません。また、アプリは既存の Firebase サービスで引き続き機能します。
Identity Platform による Firebase Authentication は、支払い方法を指定しなくても、1 日上限まで使用できます。

SDK
