You can use Gemini Enterprise to manage tasks and remind you about upcoming meetings, events, or deadlines.

Before you begin

To successfully manage tasks and reminders using these prompts, you must have a compatible to-do list tool (such as Google Tasks) enabled and configured in your Google Workspace environment and the corresponding Google Workspace extension enabled in Gemini.
