Creates a pull request comment. This function is used to create a single PullRequestComment of type Comment, or a single PullRequestComment of type Code that's replying to another PullRequestComment of type Code. Use pullRequestComments.batchCreate to create multiple PullRequestComments for code reviews.

The URLs use gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Path parameters

Parameters
parent	string Required. The pull request in which to create the pull request comment. Format: projects/{project_number}/locations/{locationId}/repositories/{repositoryId}/pullRequests/{pull_request_id}

Request body

The request body contains an instance of PullRequestComment.

Response body

If successful, the response body contains a newly created instance of Operation.

Requires the following OAuth scope:
