parent	string Required. The issue in which to create the issue comment. Format: projects/{project_number}/locations/{locationId}/repositories/{repositoryId}/issues/{issue_id}

Request body

The request body contains an instance of IssueComment.

Response body

If successful, the response body contains a newly created instance of Operation.
