Referensi skema data FHIR R4 Layanan kesehatan

Agent Search mendukung subkumpulan resource FHIR R4. Halaman ini mencantumkan elemen dan resource FHIR yang didukung. Untuk setiap resource, halaman ini menampilkan tabel konfigurasi skema yang ditentukan Google, dengan detail berikut:

  • Tanda centang untuk menunjukkan apakah elemen dapat diindeks, ditelusuri, dan diambil secara default. Untuk memahami setelan kolom ini, lihat Mengonfigurasi setelan kolom.
  • Tanda centang untuk menunjukkan apakah elemen dianggap sebagai kolom input saat jawaban LLM dibuat. Artinya, untuk membuat perintah input bagi jawaban LLM, kolom ini diambil dari dokumen. Kolom ini tidak dapat dikonfigurasi sebagai bagian dari konfigurasi skema.

Untuk mengedit konfigurasi skema, pilih opsi Skema kustom saat Anda membuat penyimpanan data. Anda dapat mengedit konfigurasi skema saat membuat penyimpanan data atau nanti.

Spesifikasi tingkat kolom

Agent Search mendukung subkumpulan elemen data FHIR dalam setiap resource FHIR yang didukung. Bagian berikut mencantumkan elemen yang didukung untuk semua resource FHIR yang didukung dan menyebutkan apakah elemen dapat diindeks, dicari, dan diambil dalam kondisi berikut:

  • Jika elemen berulang memiliki indeks kosong atau [], semua instance elemen ini didukung. Misalnya, di resource AllergyIntolerance, semua instance clinicalStatus.coding[].code didukung.
  • Jika elemen berulang memiliki indeks atau [0] tertentu, hanya instance pertama yang didukung. Misalnya, dalam resource Komposisi, hanya instance pertama author[0].display yang didukung.
  • Referensi resource relatif didukung dengan format Resource/resourceId. Misalnya, subject.reference harus memiliki nilai sebagai Patient/034AB16.
  • Referensi absolut hanya didukung untuk resource Biner dan dengan jenis data yang ditetapkan ke attachment. Referensi absolut hanya didukung untuk lokasi Cloud Storage yang sesuai dengan pola berikut: gs://BUCKET_NAME/FILE_PATH.
  • Referensi internal atau logis tidak didukung dan referensi tersebut tidak diselesaikan.
