고객 경험 인사이트 사용 설정

고객 경험 인사이트 (CX 인사이트)를 사용하여 대화 데이터를 분석하려면 특정 API를 사용 설정해야 합니다.

이 빠른 시작에서는 다음 작업을 완료합니다.

  1. API를 사용 설정합니다.

  2. Contact Center AI Insights API에 요청을 보내고 응답을 받습니다.

  3. 선택적으로 VPC 서비스 제어와 함께 CX Insights를 사용합니다.

시작하기 전에

조직에서 정의한 보안 제약조건으로 인해 다음 단계를 완료하지 못할 수 있습니다. 문제 해결 정보는 제한된 Google Cloud 환경에서 애플리케이션 개발을 참조하세요.

  1. Google Cloud 계정에 로그인합니다. Google Cloud를 처음 사용하는 경우 계정을 만들고 Google 제품의 실제 성능을 평가해 보세요. 신규 고객에게는 워크로드를 실행, 테스트, 배포하는 데 사용할 수 있는 $300의 무료 크레딧이 제공됩니다.

  2. In the Google Cloud console, on the project selector page, select or create a Google Cloud project.

    • Select a project: Selecting a project doesn't require a specific IAM role—you can select any project that you've been granted a role on.
    • Create a project: To create a project, you need the Project Creator role (roles/resourcemanager.projectCreator), which contains the resourcemanager.projects.create permission. Learn how to grant roles.

  3. Verify that billing is enabled for your Google Cloud project.

  4. Enable the Cloud Speech-to-Text, Cloud Storage, Contact Center AI Insights, Dialogflow, and Sensitive Data Protection (DLP) APIs, if any are not already enabled.

    To enable APIs, you need the serviceusage.services.enable permission. If you created the project, then you likely already have this permission through the Owner role (roles/owner). Otherwise, you can get this permission through the Service Usage Admin role (roles/serviceusage.serviceUsageAdmin). Learn how to grant roles.

요청 보내기 및 응답 수신

  1. Google Cloud CLI를 설치하고 설정합니다. 다음 개발 환경 중 하나에서 gcloud CLI를 설정할 수 있습니다.

    gcloud CLI로 이미 설정된 온라인 터미널을 사용하려면 Cloud Shell을 활성화하세요.

    이 페이지 하단에서 Cloud Shell 세션이 시작되고 명령줄 프롬프트가 표시됩니다. 세션이 초기화되는 데 몇 초 정도 걸릴 수 있습니다.

    로컬 개발 환경을 사용하려면 다음 단계를 수행합니다.

    1. gcloud CLI를 설치합니다.
    2. gcloud CLI를 초기화합니다.

  2. 사용자 계정에 대한 로컬 인증 사용자 인증 정보를 만듭니다. 

    gcloud auth application-default login

    인증 오류가 반환되고 외부 ID 공급업체(IdP)를 사용하는 경우 제휴 ID로 gcloud CLI에 로그인했는지 확인합니다.

  3. 모든 CX Insights 대화를 나열하는 다음 명령어를 실행하여 설정을 확인합니다.

    다음을 바꿉니다.

    • PROJECT_ID: Google Cloud 프로젝트 ID입니다.
    • LOCATION: 이 요청을 실행하는 리전입니다.

    이 명령어는 빈 사전({})을 반환해야 합니다.
