Method: projects.locations.connections.gitRepositoryLinks.openPullRequest

Opens a Pull Request in the remote SCM repository associated with a GitRepositoryLink.

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Required. The GitRepositoryLink resource name in the format projects/*/locations/*/connections/*/gitRepositoryLinks/*.
