Five9

You can integrate your CX Agent Studio agent application with your Five9 contact center infrastructure by connecting to the Five9 deployment platform.

Configuration

To configure this platform:

  1. Click the Deploy button at the top of the agent builder.
  2. Select Connect to a platform.
  3. Provide a channel name.
  4. Select "Five9" as the platform type.
  5. Provide an agent version.
  6. Click Create channel.

Once you have configured the platform, the following information is displayed:

  • Deployment ID that you may need in API calls.
  • Google Telephony Platform phone number. You will need this number when applying configurations in the Five9 administrator console.
  • Conversation profile ID that you may need in API calls.
