The BigQuery Storage Write API (gRPC) lets you stream data into borderless Lakehouse, supporting transactional writes and delivering each record only once. This unified data ingestion API also supports column partitioning by time unit and schema evolution to help you maintain efficient storage layouts in your data lake.
In Lakehouse, this API applies only to BigQuery Iceberg managed tables (formerly BigLake tables for Apache Iceberg in BigQuery).
