- DESCRIPTION

Once pause is triggered, if eligible, the job will enter the
JOB_STATE_PAUSINGstate, and eventually transition into theJOB_STATE_PAUSEDstate if the operation is successful. If the operation is not successful, the job will remain inJOB_STATE_RUNNINGstate. If a job is already in theJOB_STATE_PAUSEDstate, the command will succeed and do nothing. - EXAMPLES

To pause a single job, run:
gcloud dataflow jobs pause 2000-01-02_03_04_05-12345678901234567890 --region=us-central1To pause multiple jobs, run:

JOB_ID[JOB_ID…]- Job IDs to operate on.

--region=REGION_ID- Region ID of the jobs' regional endpoint. Defaults to 'us-central1'.
