To delete an App Engine SSL certificate, run:
gcloud beta app ssl-certificates delete 1234 - POSITIONAL ARGUMENTS

ID-
The id of the certificate. This identifier is printed upon creation of a new
certificate. Run
gcloud beta app ssl-certificates listto view existing certificates.
