Use workflow templates

You can create a workflow from a prebuilt template in Workflow Builder.

Templates provide pre-configured workflow scaffolds for common business use cases, so you can start without building a workflow from scratch.

Before you begin

Before using this feature, ensure that a Gemini Enterprise administrator has enabled the Workflow Builder feature toggle in your app's feature management settings. For more information, see Manage web app features.

Browse and use a template

App

  1. Open your Gemini Enterprise web app in a browser.
  2. In the sidebar, click Agents.
  3. Click Create agent.
  4. Click Browse all templates.
  5. In the templates gallery, browse templates by category.
  6. Click a template card to view its details. Each template card shows the apps used, a description, and the template author.
  7. Click Use template to create a workflow based on the selected template.

The template opens in the flow builder with pre-configured steps. Review and customize the workflow as needed. 1. To test your workflow, click the Preview tab. 1. When you are satisfied with your workflow, click Turn on to make it live.
