The type of custom model created by the user.

`CUSTOM_MODEL_TYPE_UNSPECIFIED`	The model type is unspecified.
`VERSIONED_FOUNDATION`	The model is a versioned foundation model.
`FINE_TUNED`	The model is a finetuned foundation model.
