指定されたロギングターゲットの情報を取得して表示します。

To describe a logging target, run:

    gdcloud logging targets describe logging-target-name --namespace=sample-namespace

      --namespace string   Namespace of the operational logs to collect.

これらのフラグは、すべてのコマンド（--configuration、--format、--help、--project、--quiet）で使用できます。
