Customize how Gemini Cloud Assist assists your organization by configuring key administrator settings. While Gemini Cloud Assist comes with default behaviors, you can tailor features such as data grounding sources, prompt and response sharing, and the behavior of proactive agents to meet your specific operational and compliance needs. These settings provide control over how Gemini Cloud Assist interacts with your data and resources.
Gemini Cloud Assist services have default settings that you can change to suit your organization's needs. For example, by default:
- Grounding defaults to Grounding with Google Search.
- Page context sharing is enabled for Gemini Cloud Assist to understand the context of your current page in the Google Cloud console
- Prompt and response sharing is disabled.
- Proactive agents are disabled.
- Custom instructions are not configured.
