This page describes how to access Cloud API Registry functionality through the Google Cloud console to view and manage the MCP servers and tools your agent has access to.
Administrators and developers in your organization can discover and govern MCP servers available through Cloud API Registry in the Google Cloud console:
View all available MCP servers available in a specific project.
Use the Google Cloud console to enable and disable the MCP servers for available Google services.
Use the Agent Development Kit (ADK) integration to enable your agents to discover available tools.
Using Cloud API Registry in the Google Cloud console
Use the following steps to use Cloud API Registry in the Google Cloud console:
Go to Tools in the Google Cloud console:
Cloud API Registry displays a list of Google-managed MCP servers (Google Cloud or Apigee) that you have read and write access to.
If you don't have any servers displayed, you might need to enable required APIs. To do so, click Enable to enable the API registry.
(Optional) To enable a disabled MCP server, do the following:
Click the more actions menu () for the server.
Click Enable MCP server.
Click Confirm.
(Optional) Click the name of a server to view server details:
Click MCP server details to view information about the MCP server, such as the name, URL, and enablement status.
Click Tools to view a list of invocable functions associated with the MCP server.
