הפעלת מעבר לגיבוי (failover)

קטע הקוד הזה גורם למעבר אוטומטי של מופע ראשי לאחת מהרפליקות שלו בזמינות גבוהה. אפשר להשתמש באפשרות הזו כדי לבדוק את העמידות של האפליקציה במעבר לגיבוי או כדי לקדם ידנית רפליקה אם השרת הראשי לא מגיב.
