作为 Google Cloud 管理员，您可以充当 Translation Hub 管理员。如果您想将权限范围限定为仅针对您或其他用户的 Translation Hub 任务，可以使用 Identity and Access Management (IAM) 角色。角色是一组 IAM 权限，可让您对 Google Cloud 资源执行特定操作。如需设置 Translation Hub 管理员权限，请使用以下预定义角色：
例如，Translation Hub 管理员可以管理词汇表、门户和门户用户，但无法使用其他 Google Cloud服务（如 Compute Engine 或 BigQuery）。您需要 Cloud Storage 权限才能创建术语库，以及使用 CSV 文件导入门户用户和译员。
