The possible states of a Parallelstore instance.

Enums
Name	Description
`STATE_UNSPECIFIED`	Not set.
`CREATING`	The instance is being created.
`ACTIVE`	The instance is available for use.
`DELETING`	The instance is being deleted.
`FAILED`	The instance is not usable.
`UPGRADING`	The instance is being upgraded.
`REPAIRING`	The instance is being repaired. This should only be used by instances using the `PERSISTENT` deployment type.
