Google and Google Cloud MCP servers locations
For Google and Google Cloud remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers only, data residency isn't supported if a tool call is sent from an unsupported region. For MCP tool calls from unsupported regions, Model Armor falls back to a supported region or multi-region. The following table lists unsupported regions and their fallback regions for MCP tool calls:
